Wow Chase just had one of the worst experiences at your branches! If that's the kind of people you hire to be the face of your company then I'm done and I'll be sure to let anyone I come in contact know! Mister Frank Watson you're a real piece of work! Really shouldn't have a job in managing not even customer service! Ridiculous service!

Excellent service just opened a checking account with them today took about 20 mins didn't have to wait in line they took care of me right away and i got a $200 bouns for setting up direct deposit
