They take 4 hrs for ANYTHING!!! PAPERWORK, CHECKUPS, EVALUATED
I've probably waited at least 10x the amount of I've actually spent with the doctors. I've also experienced an offensive interaction with one of the nurses here. I understand that it's a public health clinic, but waiting 2+ hours WITH an appointment is dysfunctional. Who has time to take that out of their work schedule?
Ugh I was supposed to be evaluated for a psychiatrist and they called the police. Psychiatrist a therapist are not supposed to call the police unless someone is being harmed or the patient plans on harming themselves in no way was I a threat and they still call the police on me and it was very embarrassing for just an evaluation AND I WAS BEING HONEST. If someone is usually being honest up front(and wasn't a threat) doesn't mean you're allowed to call the police in any way. They do not have very well trained doctors obviously and they make you wait five hours just To get seen. VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY AT CONFIDENTIALITY IN ANY WAY
I DO have to say though that the doctor's here try their best and they're concerned about your health/well-being. It's just the logistics of this place are not good. Be prepared to wait.
Terrible. The worst service and professionalism I have ever experienced. Nurses and CNA speaking Spanish to each while treating an English speaking patient. Embarrassing. The clinic should be closed.
Even if you have an appointment here, it is a 4 hour wait process!! I have been here 3 times and they will not speed up the process for physicals. I have complained to my insurance and them, they are slow. a full facility with plenty of staff and they all sittin gin the back in front of computers. what takes so long!! 4 hours!!
