This was a very pleasant stat The Staff was warm and friendly, the lady that cleaned our room was very helpful and nice when we had a question. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the room was quiet. We will definitely stay here again. And recommend it to our friends.
I stayed at the Ayres Suites for a weekend business seminar held there. The suite was clean and quiet. The pool was clean and I enjoyed a cool swim after a long day of meetings. The stay was very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast offerings were plenty aside from delicious.
I stayed at this property Labor Day weekend and was charged a $125.00 smoking fee. The hotel was amazing but I feel that there should be a better system in place versus just telling me that the smoke smell was verified by two departments. Who are these departments? I smoke but did not use the room for smoking. Smokers still carry the smell of smoke. I feel this is a very unfair practice and more should be done to communicate or explain the charge rather than the guest be surprised by it. I will not be staying here again.
I made my reservation at the wrong Ayres hotel and they changed it without a hassle. The cook staff at breakfast were very nice and provided a very tasty breakfast. I took the shuttle to the airport in the morning and had the most polite driver. We had a wonderful conversation and he made sure that I got to my plane on time. The hotel room was beautiful, clean and inviting. I love staying at the Ayres and will stay there whenever I'm in town for my conventions.
One of the best hotel experiences I've had. Professional, courteous, and friendly staff. Well kept rooms, SUPER comfortable beds. Not a fan of any low flow shower, but appreciate the eco-friendly focus. The complimentary breakfast was very tasty and served by friendly waitstaff.
I was greeted by a front desk representative and was given my room. Before I left the lobby I asked to be placed on a higher floor. At this time the employees began to whisper in a group before i was given my new room number and key.
