$1 for a side of sour cream is extortion. I was able to squeeze out OUNCES of liquid from my burritos. Not worth it.
Great food, quick service, low prices - much better than fast food chains
Food is absolutely amazing here, which is the only reason I gave 3 stars and go back. One experience I had is the reason it didn't get a 5 star. The guy working the drive thru one night was extremely rude to me. He made me feel stupid because I couldn't pronounce the items the way they are typically pronounced. He kept correcting me and laughing at the way I said things. He didn't tell me the total, just snatched my card and stuck his hand out the window to give it back without acknowledging me. He didn't offer any sauce and rolled his eyes when I asked for a cup holder. He shoved my order out of the window, without a word and walked away. I have never seen him before and haven't seen him since. My family loves the food, but that service alone, that one experience was enough to make me refuse to order from them again. I make my husband go with me and order from the passenger side. Not something I would be OK with an employee of mine doing and hopefully no one else has to encounter this rude person. All other employees have been nice.
So i went here and got carne asada fries and i looked in the box when i got home the fries were a small amount barely any meat half my fries were missing i called 2 times no answer i called today told the lady she made it seem like i was lying saying i shouldve called i told her i did They have HORRIBLE customer service don't eat here!! Very rude people you say hi or anything they say nothing back they charge you extra for guacamole they only gave me 3 green sauce and they charge for the rest and they stay in the back while your food is being made seems weird to me I told her i will not eat here again.
