Very quiet place. Lots of big trees,fresh air. Looks like resort and camping area. I like this place.
The couple that runs the place are very nice The lady in the office is especially nice..It's clean and quiet..
Lived here over 15yrs...had 5bikes stolen to say the least.. Park camera's are a waste of money. Old ladies who have passed but used to live here told me this place will be the death of me...Sadly...it was true.. I agree now..Landscaping is so ugly now.. but we get written up if our personal landscapes are "unsightly"smh 2faced place here..
I have been living here for 1 year now. I have always lived in orange county. Decided to move here and I love it. Its private. I feel safe. The management has rules and they make sure they are followed. Management is awesome. They are very nice. I couldn't ask for a safer and clean place to live. Neighbors mind their own business. But they do wave hi to you....all the time...the community center is clean pools are clean...excercise room and pool table rooms are clean...laundry rooms are clean and cheap washing and drying machines. ...thank you Fernwood...
Nice clean Hidden Park community. Friend stays here and this is nice place limited parking can get frustrating but managed..
