Claudia told me the tire sensor was broken and to not worry about the warning lights that were on. I checked the pressure when I got home the tire had 15psi in it.. Imagine that the warning lights went off once I added air to the tire... WOW talk about unsafe... Will be emailing the company and posting everywhere I can on social media...
Unlimited miles to them is 100 miles a day unless you pay more. Rent elsewhere unless you want a vehicle that has damage so bad that it was glued and taped to repair, interior that is filthy, and just a dirty car. Would highly not recommend!!
The night before my rental date I received a call that they would not have the economy class that I had reserved, but could put me into another car. When I asked what the difference in cost would be I was assured I would only be charged for the type of car I had reserved. And that proved to be true. Unlike Enterprise, who tries to up sell you or when your reserved type of car is not avaialbe, the only alternative is to pay the cost of a more expensive car. I was very satisfied with the Allied service and I'll use them again.
WARNING: DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. This is a fraudulent company. They will charge you for damage to their cars that you didn't cause and won't provide the receipts for the damage.
