I can't begin to say how grateful I am for Mark Christopher Chevrolet and especially Advisor Sam Aceves. I had an issue with my 2016 Malibu, that I previously had tried to get looked at at another dealership, and they told me that they couldn't even look at it as my vehicles front end damage meant warranty wouldn't cover a thing. Little did they know, I actually worked for a Chevrolet Dealership for 5.5 years in another state and everything overall that they were telling me didn't add up. I eventually came to Mark Christopher and not only did they get everything replaced via warranty, Sam literally kept me updated the whole time. My 2016 Malibu needed a new engine!!!! I had been driving around with a torn up engine for all this time, terrible!!! If you want some good service to your vehicle, ask for Sam at Mark Christopher Chevrolet!
