This was my first car buying experience. I couldn't imagine having done it anywhere else. The entire staff was amazing, especially Leo. What a charmer! I was so nervous about my first big purchase and he made everything super simple. Leo gave such great attention to detail and answered all my questions without hesitation + a smile (and I had all of the questions). You can honestly tell that everyone in the building has your best interest at heart and wants you to get a great deal. STG Auto Group is on my list to recommend to everyone as the one stop shop for your car purchasing needs. AMAZING!!!

I went to STG looking for something new after being called to make an appointment. I must say that when I went in for my appointment an associate named Abel Guala helped me out and was extremely helpful. You could just tell that he was passionate about his job and was really trying to get me the best deal so I would recommend asking for him when you go. I had a great experience here.
Great service and great deals. Super friendly staff. They had everything lined up and ready for me to go so I didn’t stand around 8 hours like you do at most lots. Highly recommend stopping in!
Came up from a trying drive to Ontario from San Diego to Ontario, later on a Friday evening. Quickly met Abel and was able to test drive my new used car, go through the CarFax, and talk about pricing. Johnny was able to give me a better rate than my usual bank with additional warranty protection too. Great experience.
There is also a manager, a bald guy with slim mustache probably middle eastern. He was not very friendly and definitely made the experience much worse.
They are super friendly over email or the phone and will basically promise you the moon and then some to get you to come into the dealer.
Throughout my conversations with them they kept on saying "we won't lose you over price" or "we won't let you walk out without a deal because of price" as it turns out I was there seating in their desk ready to walk out and they would even bring the price of the car down by $100. Instead they were trying to get me to give them more cash for down payment at one point saying people usually put 30% down. Which is funny because I've bought 5 cars a dealers and never ever put that much down.
