I'm really glad the people in here are flexible enough to make adjustments on their payment’s policy. That alone earned some respect.
Overall, my experience with Pacific Auto Sales Services was positive. Pacific was really helpful in getting me a car.

On October 16, 2017, I stopped by Pacific Auto Sales Services on Holt Blvd and Mountain street for a car. It was around 1:30pm, people were waiting to pay, and there was only one person working. I had heard the people was RUDE here but I figure let me find out and I need it a car too LOL: Pacific was very pleasant although dealing with a situation with a customer. For what I gather the customer hadn’t paid their monthly payments on time an were behind on their payments Pacific was still trying to help them to keep the car and giving them another opportunity to catch up with payments. (Yes! they might have been to straight forward but always with respect: people please if you don’t want to get called off then pay!! And no one will be Rude to you)
This place is not a place to do business with. At first they are helpful that's cause your looking to buy one of their vehicles after the purchase the kindness is gone. And to take the car to be repaired of any kind would be your second mistake cause they promise to have your problem fixed but it really is far from it when they return the car back to you. Let alone the length of days, weeks, months you have to wait for it to be repaired. Their customer service needs alot of help cause the rudeness is noticeable. Sorry but im only speaking the truth and im sure that they will deny all of this. TAKE MY WORD FOR WHEN I SAY THEY NEED ALOT OF HELP IN THEIR BUSINESS OF AUTO SALES & REPAIR! Sorry TP
